UConn tops Westfield State 3-1

Nardone's Goal and Assist lead Husky effort

Matt Nardone notched a goal in the first period and added an assist in the third to lead the huskies to a 3-1 victory over Westfield state on Friday night at the Bolton Ice Palace.

Justus Neuman stood tall in net earning the win.  Kevin Donovan and Chris Ochoa scored a goal each, while Tyler Harrington, Rob Wittenzellner, Chris Genova, and Chris Schmarr added assists.

The Huskies move to 10-7-4 overall, and #6 in the most recent Northeast ACHA ranking.
